Dulmes Décor Carpet One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task. Apply today to join a local company that treats their employees like family!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and distribution of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
• Perform duties related to receiving and distributing materials, including records maintenance
• Identify problems or missing pieces with received shipments
• Prepare flooring & tile materials for installation
• Effectively communicate with installers, customers, and Sales/Design team
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Deliver materials & assist installers on jobsites
• Use of surging machine to surge/bind carpet
• Operate forklift or other equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be a team player
• Strong communication skills
• Forklift operation- willing to train
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Position Details:

• Full time hours between 7:00am-4:00pm
• No weekends
